CDCFIB APOLOGISES FOR PORTAL GLITCHES, ASSURES PROMPT FIX IN ONGOING RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has issued a statement acknowledging the technical difficulties encountered by applicants on its new recruitment portal and has assured Nigerians that all issues will be resolved promptly.

In a statement released on Tuesday, July 16, 2025, the Board expressed regret over the inconveniences caused to applicants, citing challenges such as limited access to the portal, redirects, glitches, and errors on applicants’ final printouts.

“We feel your pains because we understand, and deeply regret the inconveniences and existing limitation all will be fixed and this protocol errors will be entirely adjusted and corrected,” the CDCFIB stated.

While reaffirming its commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process, the Board urged applicants to remain patient, noting that a glitch-free portal would be available soon.

“The situation will be timely and swiftly handles you can continue to dream because a glitch-free portal will be available soon. We are committed to ensuring that,” the statement added.

The Board also thanked the public for their continued understanding and trust, reassuring applicants that they are not alone in the process.
