PICTORIAL: LAGOS POLICE BOOST MARINE SECURITY AS CP JIMOH LAUNCHES PATROL BOAT IN IKOYI

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, launched a Police Patrol Boat donated by the Federal Ministry of Works.
The launch took place at the Command’s Marine Office in Ikoyi.

CP Jimoh was accompanied by the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations and Area Commanders.
Senior officers of the Lagos State Police Command were also present during the formal unveiling of the patrol boat.

The donation is aimed at strengthening marine security operations and enhancing the police’s capacity to combat crime and ensure safety on Lagos waterways.
