LAGOS LANDS BUREAU ENGAGES ORISAN WATERFRONT SCHEME ALLOTTEES ON PLANNED REMODELLING

The Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Lands Bureau, Mr. Kamar Olowoshago, through the Executive Secretary of the Land Use Allocation Committee (LUAC), Dr. (Mrs.) Ololade Ajetunmobi, met with the allottees of the Orisan Waterfront Scheme in Epe Local Government Area to sensitise them on the planned remodelling of the scheme.
The meeting, which was held at the Bureau’s Conference Room on Monday, 16th March 2026, provided an opportunity for the Executive Secretary to brief the allottees on the objectives and anticipated benefits of the proposed remodelling exercise.
Speaking during the engagement, Dr. Ajetunmobi explained that the remodelling initiative is designed to improve the overall layout and infrastructure of the scheme in line with the Lagos State Government’s commitment to sustainable urban development and efficient land administration.
She also emphasised the importance of cooperation from allottees, noting that their support remains crucial to ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the project.
The Executive Secretary further assured the allottees that the Bureau remains committed to transparency, fairness and continuous stakeholder engagement in the planning and development of government schemes across the State.
In their remarks, the allottees commended the Lands Bureau for the engagement and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to be properly informed about the remodelling plans. They also pledged their support towards the successful remodelling of the Orisan Waterfront Scheme.
