DIGNITARIES GRACED IKOSI-ISHERI PALACE PROJECT LAUNCH, MAYORESS SEEKS BACKING

The foundation-laying ceremony for a new palace in Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) was marked by a colourful and well-attended gathering, drawing several political figures and community stakeholders.
Among the dignitaries present was Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, who performed the symbolic laying of the foundation stone.

While speaking at the event, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA expressed appreciation to attendees for their support, noting that the decision to construct a new palace was driven by the limited capacity of the existing structure.

She also commended the traditional ruler for his unwavering support towards the development of Kosofe, describing his role as instrumental to the progress recorded in the area.

The Mayoress used the occasion to call on residents to continue supporting her administration, urging them to turn out in large numbers in the forthcoming election to sustain ongoing development efforts.

She further thanked the people of Kosofe for their trust and confidence in her leadership, assuring them of her commitment to delivering more impactful projects and improving the welfare of residents across the council area.
