President Bola Tinubu on Monday arrived at Yola International Airport, Adamawa State, to inaugurate projects executed by the state government under Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.

The projects include model schools constructed across all 21 local government areas, comprising pre-primary, primary, and junior secondary sections with sports complexes and modern learning facilities.

Other developments slated for inauguration are an eight-lane underpass bridge on Galadima Aminu Road linking Gimba to Yola city, a new multipurpose hall, a remodelled high court, a newly built officers’ complex, and a Government House office complex.

Following the inaugurations, President Tinubu is scheduled to meet with top government officials and traditional leaders in the state.

Residents, students, and other stakeholders thronged major roads to welcome the president.

The visit, which comes less than 48 hours after his trip to Kebbi State, was announced on Sunday by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
