Nigerian Afrobeats star Adeleke Davido, widely known as Davido, has announced his first-ever festival, “Davido & Friends,” scheduled to hold at the Crystal Palace Bowl on Friday, August 14, 2026.
In a post on his X handle on Monday, the singer, also known as OBO, said, “For the first time ever, I present to you… Davido & Friends Festival. It’s going down at Crystal Palace Bowl on August 14th.”
The event is part of the “Palace Bowl Presents” series, an eclectic summer festival lineup at the outdoor venue in South London.
The event is scheduled to take place from July 31 to August 16, 2026.
Davido is set to headline and curate the full-day lineup on August 14.
The concert is expected to feature a lineup of “friends,” whose names have yet to be announced.
The announcement comes months after Davido embarked on his 2025 tour in support of his fifth studio album, 5IVE, which spanned Africa and Europe.
The multiple award-winning singer performed in several cities during the tour, including Akwa Ibom, Adamawa, Enugu, Ibadan, and Lagos, between October and December.
