Your Time is Not My Time by Gbenle Mistura Motunrayo
Time is money, Time is hour, and Time is energy, you can’t delay the time but you can only pace up with time to achieve your goal(s) in life. Different continents has its own ‘time zone’, And that doesn’t prioritize one country over another.
Kenya is two hours ahead of Nigeria and that doesn’t mean Nigeria is slow and it doesn’t Mean Kenya is faster than Nigeria, Both countries are working based on ‘’Time Zone’’.
In life, there is one who became a chief executive officer at the age of 24 and died at the age of 50. There is another, who became a CEO at the age of 50 and lived to the age of 90,
Your time is not my time! And some just happen to have everything work fast for them. Work based on your lane!
Although abstinence is the best measure before marriage; yet there is one who had series of abortions before marriage and gave birth nine months after her wedding, and someone else who got married as a virgin and waited for years before conceiving. It’s within the time zone. Check your time and not someone else’s.
Absolutely this might not be a wish from such individual, still there is a person, who graduated at the age of 22 and waited for years before securing a job, yet there is another who graduated at the age of 30 and secured employment immediately!
Colleagues, friends, associates, younger ones might have gone ahead of you it’s not because they are better than you or you are better than them. We all have our time as planned by The Almighty God.
Don’t envy them, it is their time zone. Rather, pray for your own time to come, just hold on and be strong, It won’t be long, everything is just going to be alright!
