2023 PRESIDENCY: PDP CERTIFIES ATIKU AS PARTY FLAGBEARER

Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice President and presidential candidate for the People’s Democratic Party, has been certified as the party’s flagbearer in the 2023 presidential election.
In the presence of members of the National Working Committee, Atiku received the certificate on Wednesday at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja.
According to reports, at a special national convention held in Abuja on May 28 and 29, 2022, the former governor of Adamawa State earned the PDP presidential ticket.
He received 371 votes to win after competing against Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, and nine others.
