An unidentified number of Permanent Voter Cards (PVC), 340 ballot boxes, 140 vcoting cubicles and several other items got burnt as arsonists set fire on the Izzi Local Government Area office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) located at ‘Iboko in Ebonyi State.
