JUST IN: BUHARI’S REMAINS ARRIVE KATSINA AIRPORT AHEAD OF BURIAL

The remains of late ex-President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived the Yar’adua Airport in Katsina, ahead of the muslim burial later this afternoon, at his hometown in Daura.
At the airport to receive the corpse were President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu and several other dignitaries.
Also present were service chiefs, the Inspector General of Police, military chiefs and sveral top government functionaries.
Accompanying the corpse from London, United Kingdom; were Vice-President Kashim Shettima and Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, former First Lady Aisha Buhari and other family members.
At exactly 2:25pm, the corpse of late President Buhari was brought out from the Presidential aircraft that conveyed the corpse.
Military officers drawn from the different arms of the military brought out Buhari’s corspe from the cabin of the Presidential aircraft.
