Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo reached another career milestone on Wednesday, scoring his 965th official goal in Al Nassr’s Saudi Pro League encounter against Al Najma.

The 41-year-old found the net from the penalty spot, further extending a remarkable scoring record that has spanned almost two decades.

Ronaldo’s goal tally comprises strikes for Sporting CP, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, Al Nassr, and the Portugal national team, underscoring his consistency, longevity, and impact at the highest level of the game.

With 35 more goals needed to reach the 1,000 mark, Ronaldo is closing in on a milestone no male footballer has achieved in modern football.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano noted the achievement in a post on X, writing, “Cristiano Ronaldo reaches 965 career goals, another milestone.”

Despite being 41, Ronaldo continues to captivate fans around the world, demonstrating that age is no barrier to elite performance. Each goal further strengthens his legacy as one of football’s greatest players, as the countdown to 1,000 goals continues.
