The factional National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abdulrahman Mohammed, has vowed that the party will continue to seek justice through legal channels following a recent court victory in Ibadan.

He made the remarks on Monday during a factional Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting held in Abuja.
Mohammed emphasized that the party’s leadership remains committed to pursuing justice in the best interest of the PDP.
He revealed that a timetable for activities related to pending congresses in several states will soon be released, a process aimed at ensuring a smooth National Convention.
According to him, the PDP continues to be a people-centered party with strong structures, national cohesion, and a track record of tangible achievements, stressing that the party must not lose momentum at this critical juncture.
Mohammed also expressed gratitude to party stakeholders nationwide for their steadfast support, describing the period as a defining moment in the PDP’s history.
He stated: “Your Excellences, you are aware of the declaratory judgment by the Ibadan High Court in our favour. The law is clear and unambiguous, and we will continue to pursue justice for our great party.
“Soon, we will unveil our timetable for activities concerning outstanding congresses in some states, which will pave the way for a seamless National Convention.”
“The Peoples Democratic Party continues to be the only party built around the people, with strong structures, national unity, and a record of tangible achievements. We cannot allow this party to stagnate under our watch.”
