FIRST LADY OLUREMI TINUBU ADDRESSES RELIGIOUS LEADERS AT LAMBETH PALACE DURING UK STATE VISIT (PHOTOS)

Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, on Thursday addressed a gathering at Lambeth Palace in central London, the official residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
During the visit, Mrs. Tinubu engaged with religious leaders and held meetings with representatives of the Church of England, including Bishop Rose Hudson-Wilkin, the Bishop of Dover, and Bishop Emma Ineson, the acting Bishop of London.
Her appearance at Lambeth Palace comes amid a series of engagements tied to President Bola Tinubu’s ongoing two-day state visit to the United Kingdom.

On Wednesday, the First Lady and the President met with King Charles III and Queen Camilla. They were received by the heir to the throne, Prince William, alongside his wife, Catherine, who accompanied them to Windsor the same day.
In the evening, King Charles hosted a state banquet at Windsor in honour of President Tinubu and his wife.
President Tinubu has visited Britain multiple times during his tenure, with both countries maintaining strong ties in trade, aid, and defence. London also remains home to a large Nigerian diaspora.
