The right-back put in a fine performance in the game. Made overlapping runs up front and performed his defensive task dutifully.

Misses a glorious chance to put the Eagles ahead in the first half after directing his header from a good position off target. Did not do badly in what was his maiden appearance for the Super Eagles.

Took time to settle into the game and improved with the introduction of Usman Mohammed after the break. Showed he can play a role in the main Eagles in future.

EMEM EDUOK.  5/10
Played to the gallery at times even though he showed some promise. He was at fault for the first goal scored by Atletico Madrid as he lost the ball rather cheaply in midfield.

Struggled in an unfamiliar left-wing role and was duly substituted early in the second half.

SAMAD KADIRI 5/10
Found the going too tough on his international debut. The Sunshine Stars forward did not really impress in the game.
