
AIYEDATIWA APPOINTS SSG, COMMISSIONERS, SPECIAL ADVISERS
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has appointed Taiwo Fasoranti as the Secretary to the Government of Ondo State.
Ebenezer Adeniyan, the Chief Press Secretary to Aiyedatiwa, said this in a statement on Monday, hours after his principal was sworn in as the governor of the South-West State.
Until his appointment as SSG, Fasoranti, who hails from Akure South local government area, was the Chairman of the Ondo State Hospitals Management Board.
Aiyedatiwa has also approved the reappointment of Kayode Ajulo (SAN) as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and Omowunmi Isaac as Commissioner for Finance for the state.
In addition, the governor also reappointed the following persons as Special Advisers:
1. Engr. Johnson Alabi, Power
2. Dr. Seun Osamaye, Women Affairs
3. Comrade Bola Taiwo, Union Matters & Special Duties
4. Prof Simidele Odimayo, Health
Also, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing, Abiola Olawoye has been elevated to the position of Special Adviser, Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing.
“All the appointments take immediate effect,” the governor’s chief press secretary said. “Governor Aiyedatiwa urged the new appointees to hit the ground running in providing effective and efficient services to the people of Ondo State.”
