RIVERS BY-ELECTION: BULABARI EMERGES WINNER IN KHANA 2 CONSTITUENCY

Henrietta Bulabari, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has won the Khana 2 State House of Assembly Constituency by-election in Rivers State after polling 7,647 votes.
The Returning Officer, Prof. Angela Briggs, announced her victory, stating that Bulabari had “satisfied the requirements of the law.”
Official results showed the following scores:
AA – 46
APC – 7,647
NNPP – 37
YPP – 23
ZLP – 47
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), 7,834 voters were accredited out of 71,914 registered voters. Of the ballots cast, 7,800 were declared valid, while 34 were rejected.

Party agents were present during the collation and declaration of the results.
Speaking after the announcement, Bulabari expressed delight at her victory, describing the election as peaceful, smooth, free, fair, and successful. She also promised to deliver meaningful projects that would positively impact her constituents.
