VIDEO: RAHMAN JAGO CONFIRMS BURNA BOY HAS CONVERTED TO ISLAM

Rahman Jago, a socialite and associate of Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, has confirmed that the singer has embraced Islam.
Burna Boy, who was raised in a Christian household, had fueled speculation about his religious shift after mentioning in a recent podcast that he had embraced Islam “at some point” in his search for truth. His faith has been widely debated since that interview.
Recently, Rahman Jago shared a video on his X handle showing Burna Boy praising Allah alongside other men in what appeared to be a bar, captioned “Allahu Akbar.”
The clip was reposted by Bashir Ahmad, former media aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, who noted that the singer looked “so so happy” and prayed for Allah to make his journey in Islam easy.
When a fan asked Ahmad in the comments whether Burna Boy had truly converted, Ahmad replied that some of Burna Boy’s close associates claimed he had, though the singer had yet to publicly confirm it.
Responding to the fan, Rahman Jago stated unequivocally that Burna Boy has now converted and is officially a Muslim.
“He converted. He is now a Muslim,” Jago wrote.
