The President also praised Elumelu’s dedication to excellence and his promotion of Africapitalism—an economic philosophy encouraging long-term private sector investments to drive sustainable development.
Tinubu further recognized the impact of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, particularly its entrepreneurship program, which has trained approximately 2.5 million young Africans across 54 countries and provided over 24,000 entrepreneurs with $5,000 each in seed funding.
Wishing him continued health, strength, and greater accomplishments, the President said, “As Elumelu celebrates this special occasion, I join his family and friends in wishing him good health, strength, and continued success in all his endeavors.”
