Marriage not on my mind for now –Shirley Igwe

Actress, Shirley Igwe’s beauty is the type that would make many men drool. Not a few men would be willing to do anything to be the man in her life.
However, the actress has said marriage is not in her plans for now. In an exclusive chat with Punch Sunday Scoop, she said, “Why are you trying to run faster than your shadow? Man proposes and God disposes; let’s leave that to God. For now, I have nothing like that on my mind.”
On the type of man she fancies, she said, “That is a JAMB question o, but I would love to keep it private.”
On current projects, Igwe said, “I just completed work on my latest project, Middle of Nowhere, and I devoted a lot of time and attention to it. Working on the movie was tough, but splendid. I enjoyed every bit of it and I loved the experience. It is something I would want to do over and again. I’m happy that it came out very magical and fantastic; all the hard work that went into it was not in vain. The response of people towards the movie has been great. People have described the picture quality as brilliant.”
Speaking on some of the challenges she encountered while shooting the movie, she said, “The biggest challenge I faced was the issue of location. The movie was filmed in the forest, so we were at the mercy of mosquitoes and other animals. It was quite tough, but it was worth it in the end.”
