PEPPER SOUP: GIRL FALSELY ACCUSED OF POISONING EX-BOYFRIEND, 4 OTHERS SPEAKS OUT AFTER BEING ACQUITTED (VIDEO)

Aisha Suleiman, who was wrongly accused of poisoning five people with pepper soup, has spoken out after an investigation revealed that the victims actually died from inhaling generator fumes.
In October 2024, Aisha was nearly lynched after a social media user on X (formerly Twitter) shared her photo, falsely accusing her of poisoning her boyfriend and four of his friends. Although she was not in the area when the incident occurred, Aisha was confronted upon her return. She was publicly humiliated, tied up by an angry mob, doused with petrol, and nearly set on fire.
Authorities intervened just in time to save her life.
Aisha was arrested and charged in court. However, after human rights activists got involved, a thorough investigation was conducted, ultimately revealing that the true cause of death was carbon monoxide poisoning from generator fumes.
In an interview with ITV Radio following her exoneration, which aired on Friday, Aisha Suleiman denied ever preparing pepper soup for anyone. She explained that tensions had escalated after she ended her relationship with her late boyfriend, leading his father to forbid her from visiting their home.
Aisha clarified that on the day of the tragic incident, she was in Iyakpi, while the deaths occurred in Afashio.
Following the recent development, many are calling for legal action against the friend of Aisha’s late boyfriend, who initially raised the false alarm.
