POLICE ARREST 6 AFTER AFTER VIRAL VIDEO OF MISCREANTS HARASSING LAGOS MOTORIST

The Police Command in Lagos State has detained six suspects following a viral video showing miscreants allegedly harassing motorists on the road.

The command spokesperson, SP Abimbola Adebisi, disclosed this in a post shared on her X handle @AbimbolaShotayo on Thursday, while reacting to the video showing miscreants allegedly attempting to damage a vehicle’s side mirror.

She mentioned that after the event shown in the video, six people were arrested on the same road.She also said that the investigation is still going on.

“The command wants to explain that they were already looking for and taking action against those involved in such activities even before the video went online,” she said.

“Since the incident happened, six suspects were arrested on the same road, and the investigation is still ongoing,” said the person who made the image.

She added that officers have been placed in strategic positions to increase monitoring and stop similar events from happening again..
